This Personal Data & Information Notice (“Notice”) is to notify you how StudyPENANG, its associated companies and jointly controlled entities (collectively known as “PGTSB”) collect and handle your personal data and information (“>Personal Datathe Act”). “Personal Data” means information about you, from which you are identifiable by that has been or may be collected, stored, used and processed by StudyPENANG for its purposes.
2. StudyPENANG may use and process your Personal Data for the purposes which shall include, without limitation: –

5. In order to process your Personal Data, StudyPENANG is required to obtain your consent. We trust that by providing to StudyPENANG your Personal Data, you hereby consent to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with all of the foregoing. If you do not wish for StudyPENANG to process your Personal Data, please let StudyPENANG know within 7 workings days of this notice. If StudyPENANG does not receive any response from you on the above, StudyPENANG shall assume that you are agreeable to the same.
